Pregnant
Zycolchin 0.5mg is not for pregnant women.
Breastfeeding
Zycolchin 0.5mg is known to be excreted in breast milk. Recommended only when necessary. Side effects such as diarrhea and drowsiness need to be controlled.
GENERAL WARNINGS
Neuromuscular toxicity
The drug is known to cause neuromuscular toxicity and rhabdomyolysis, especially in patients with kidney disease and the elderly. Treatment should start with low doses and gradually increase depending on the response. These symptoms resolve within a week or more after stopping treatment.
Fatal overdose
The drug is known to cause potential risks in adults and children exposed to higher than prescribed doses. It is recommended to keep this medicine out of the reach of children.
Electrolyte disturbances
This drug should be used with caution due to the increased risk of vomiting. This effect causes an imbalance in sodium and potassium levels. Close monitoring of electrolyte levels is required. Treatment should only start after electrolyte levels have been adjusted.

Interaction with food
The use of grapefruit juice is not for patients taking Zycolchin 0.5mg tablets. Any symptoms of abdominal pain, muscle pain, or numbness should be reported to a doctor.
STORAGE
- Store at room temperature (10-30°C)
- Do not use tablets after the expiry date stated on the label/carton/bottle.
- Keep the medicine out of the reach of the children and pets.
