Quick tips
This medicine is for inhalation only. Do not swallow the tablets.
Take it at the same time each day.
It has no immediate effect and should not be used to relieve sudden respiratory distress. Control sudden shortness of breath with a rescue inhaler.
Dry mouth can be a side effect. Frequent rinsing, good oral hygiene, increased fluid intake, and sugar-free candies can help.
Gargle with lukewarm water after each inhalation to prevent fungal infections of the mouth and throat.
Wheezing and airway pressure (bronchospasm) may occur immediately after use. Take your first dose under the supervision of a doctor.
Doctors can regularly monitor blood potassium levels because low blood oxygen levels (hypoxia) and medicines such as the Seroflo 125 inhaler can lower blood potassium levels.
The Seroflo inhaler absorbs very little into the bloodstream after inhalation. Therefore, there are few serious side effects.
