Lefumide 20mg Tablet blocks the action of certain chemical messengers that cause inflammation, swelling, and redness associated with certain autoimmune diseases. It suppresses the underlying disease process, instead of just curing the disease.

This medication is used alone or with other medicines to treat severe rheumatoid arthritis (an autoimmune disease that affects the joints of the body, causing pain and swelling), as well as rest and physical therapy.
