Warnings for Women
Pregnancy: pregnant women cannot use this medicine
Breastfeeding: Breastfeeding women cannot take this medicine
GENERAL WARNINGS
Exacerbation of gout
Flare-ups of gout may occur after starting treatment due to changes in serum uric acid levels. Stop treatment until symptoms disappear completely. At the same time, prevention of exacerbation of gout with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or colchicines should be started for up to 6 months.
Cardiovascular events
This medication is not recommended in patients with coronary artery disease due to the risk of cardiovascular thromboembolic events such as myocardial infarction, stroke.
Liver dysfunction
This medication is known to cause liver failure. Obtain baseline liver function tests before starting treatment. Treatment should be discontinued if the level of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) exceeds the reference range by more than 3 times.
Impaired renal function
The drug should be used with caution in patients with severe renal impairment (CrCl less than 30 ml/min).
Asymptomatic hyperuricemia
This medication is not recommended for patients with asymptomatic hyperuricemia.

Store in a cool, dry place out of the reach of children. Do not use the medicine after the expiry date.
